Xavier/Zico Wanted to share with you some feedback regarding a mechanical install I recently stopped to see. It was a P600 install in Glenview. I was very pleased with the mechanical team from Midwest. They are both very professional in their actions, attitudes, and appearance. I was really impressed with how much they knew about the system and how well they worked with the GE team. This team is definitely the type install team we want to continue to partner with.
Ed/Xavier/Zico A huge thanks to Ed, Xavier, Zico and the rest of his crew. They went above and beyond working through the short install kits and the tight timeline. The custom built XT crate for the overhead was fantastic. WOW!!!!
Jared Gill /Jeremy Howard I wanted to thank the Midwest team for working on this install. Jared and Jeremy did a great job and I know our customer appreciated it.
Miguel/Dennis/Robert I would like to mention that the work done by Miguel, Dennis and Robert was exceptional and of the highest caliber. They did an excellent and thorough job and all mechanical checks and tests I have to perform all passed with no corrections needed. They kept room clean and organized.
Whenever something was needed to complete a task they were doing, they had no problem shifting to next item and coming back to it when items were on hand.
Everything was precise and accurately installed and aligned to well within specs.
When Dennis arrived for Nuclear install and they could not progress until seismic holes were drilled, Dennis came over to Angio room and started working to help complete the job. Robert was flying out on Wednesday but came in and worked until time to leave for his flight and so Dennis worked with Miguel to finish the Angio install until contractor drilled seismic holes so they could anchor the Nuc and then readied CT and marked holes to be drilled first thing in morning. Very efficient, thorough and highly skilled and professional crew. Thank you to Miguel, Robert and Dennis for excellent work.
Komo/Flanscha/Nelson I just wanted to forward my thanks for all the help the Midwest guys provided. All three men were a pleasure to work with and did a great job installing the Optima 640 system. They were very professional and efficient. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Nieto/Garcia I would like to say a big thank you to Paul and Edgar. This week has been just one setback after another. Just one big mess. Paul has worked through and around every obstacle this week and gotten so much done despite all the setbacks. He has even completed tasks which are outside his scope of work to try and keep this job on track. Thank you, Paul and Edgar, for sticking with this.

Montalvo/Antonio I would like to inform you that Xavier and Zico did a great job mechanically installing the Proteus XR system at Salem Clinic Inland Shores in Keizer, OR. Xavier is a very good team leader and obviously has mastered the job he is doing. He is very thorough and patiently makes sure that every component is perfectly aligned.
Zico Antonio will turn out to be a good installer in the future. He is very curious and willing to learn. I am basing this on how he interacted with Xavier. He is also very courteous and has a very good attitude. Thank you, Midwest for another great job!
Bohl/Adams Just wanted to let you know how awesome of a job your team did at Mt Carmel in Hilliard on the Optima 640. Their hard work and dedication to this job was greatly appreciated. Manuel/Robles Wanted to pass on a kudos to Manuel’s team. The first two rad room installs made a lot of progress this week despite the challenges with having to provide direction to the electrician on pulling cables and site issues. I was on site earlier today and honestly couldn’t believe how far along they are with both rooms. It would be great if you could pass this along to Manuel’s team and tell them to keep up the good work.
